As always, the concert will include a variety of music from all over the world, but this year's program features a trio of Scandinavian carols, all with new arrangements.
"Kling, no klokka!" or "Chime the bells" is Culloton's arrangement of a Norwegian Christmas carol. While "Mit hjerte altid vanker" or "My heart wanders to where our Lord was born," arranged by Carmen Geiger-Schutz '23, and "I denne søde juletid" or "In this sweet Christmas season," arranged by Dr. Joseph Kemper, are both sung in Danish, one features a Swedish melody.
The audience, too, will get to join in the celebration of all things Scandinavian with the English translation of "I Am So Glad Each Christmas Eve," led first by the choir singing in the original Norwegian.
